Thomas Bennet founded PBF Consulting with a clear ambition: to help companies navigate change with a focus on results, clarity, and long-term development.
With over 20 years of experience in roles such as CEO, Sales Director, Business Developer, and Organisational Development Specialist, he has led both small and large companies through growth journeys, restructurings, and corporate integrations.

Thomas is skilled at quickly creating structure and direction in complex situations. He has a solid background in both strategic and operational work, and has built strong teams, launched new products, and delivered change projects in international environments.

With experience leading geographically dispersed and multicultural organisations, he is well-equipped to manage projects across borders and industries. He has also worked extensively with corporate governance, strategy implementation, and post-merger integration.

What drives Thomas is seeing potential become reality – being part of solving challenges alongside people and organisations, and leaving a lasting positive impact. He thrives when there is something to build, improve, or transform, and when collaboration is marked by openness, commitment, and clear objectives.

In several roles as CEO, Thomas has led organisations through strategic transformations and phases of commercial expansion – from tech scaleups to international industrial and service groups. His work has included:

  • Driving structural and organisational change to improve profitability and operational efficiency, including successful post-merger integrations and the negotiation of long-term agreements with global partners.
  • Leading the commercialisation and internationalisation of a Swedish IoT company, securing growth capital, building global distribution networks, and strengthening the company’s intellectual property position.
  • Turning around underperforming business units through reorganisation, enhanced logistics, and new service offerings – some of which became models adopted at group level.
  • Advising international clients in interim roles on market entry strategies, organisational redesign, and transitions to more scalable operating models.
